  1. I ordered this phone because I love to get telemarketing calls and I did not want to miss anymore. I truly enjoy the twice remove police and firefighter solicitation dude wanting me to send money so that they can buy new bullet proof vests or have new laquer put down on their dance floor. I have used my phones to listen to the blind people selling light bulbs that last 75 years (I always order these), credit card pushers, phone companies, time shares…you name it. But was I in for a shock when I plugged these babies in the wall. I first turned them on and had to leave to go to work. When I came home, I had 723 messages! I was beside myself. I quickly ran to the bathroom to get the hemorhoid cream and came back to listen with eager ears. Oh the sweet sound of strangers wanting to talk to me about what they are selling. I had truly hit the jackpot…but wait…the phone rang…I cautiously approached one of the units and raised it…it said UNKNOWN NUMBER…perfect I thought. I pressed the answer button and raised the heavenly device to my ear. It was a pleasant sounding young woman who perfectly misspronounced my name…gold…I had hit gold. I answered her questions and SHAZAM, I had won $33 Million Dollars! When I came to, the golden receiver was back in it’s holster…waiting. RING, again I had won $18 Million Dollars! Since that day, I have won over $445 Million Dollars! Every ring’s a winner! This phone has changed my life. I can now afford all the hemorhoid cream and cat food that I will ever need. Ring Ring…it’s for you…

  2. K. Simpson says:

Pros: Lots of features, Nice price, Compact Footprint

Cons: The Talking Caller ID frequently mispronounces names

Phone #’s do not fit on 1 line making the display look disjointed

    (example: (248)555-3

    762)

Bottom Line: 3 phones and an answering machine for $80 is a good deal

just remember that you get what you pay for

I was wondering if I had to put in manually all the stored numbers, (phone is still charging, just received it), or does it go to the other two handsets automatically. Does anyone who has had this phone, know the answer? I’m not a genius when it comes to this type of thing, and is a bit confusing for me. Thank you for any help.

  4. Having suffered with various inferior models (notably Uniden) for years, discovering this Panasonic unit was a relief. Among its many wonderful features is a screen with characters large enough for 50 and 60-somethings to read without glasses. Great reception at distance, intuitive operations with most-used controlled by buttons on the base unit. The expandibility feature is great, too. I like this so much that I bought a second set for my vacation home.
